How To Improve Your Pull-Up Using The TRX

Bodyweight pull-ups are a challenging exercises that requires large amounts of upper body strength.  Not only are they a go-to exercise for many gym goers out there, but they are also one of the most dreaded due to the fact many people have trouble performing them correctly.  The key to improving your pull-up game is making sure you perform quality repetitions and avoiding bad technique.  Modifications that assist with some of the body’s load are a great way to improve pull-up technique as well as build the key foundations to perform the exercise unassisted.   In our Train With Purpose series the TRX is used to help improve pull-up form and technique, check it out!
